In the first part of the Bucket List series, I wrote in more detail about the criteria for selection, you can read it here.

But naturally, the main point here, as with all content I share, remains the same. I focus exclusively on places and topics that I have personally tested and experienced with my own eyes, ears, taste, smell, and touch—not on information gathered from the internet, translations of foreign articles of questionable quality, Wikipedia tidbits, or the like . This requires a great deal of time, planning, money, energy, networking, travel, research, etc. For this reason, most of my posts are only available to subscribers (paying members).

The first step here is to subscribe, and then you can sign up for a membership. Is it worth it? If you’re passionate about gastronomy and the world of fine dining, you’ll get first-hand information and experiences from me.
